I am excited to be going into my third year as a personal trainer for The Exercise Institute. I love working at EI, both as a trainer, and the Site Manager for our Hayden Creek location. Working with my clients one on one
to help them achieve their goals is extremely rewarding to me.
My background is in gymnastics. I was inducted into the Seattle Pacific University’s hall of fame in 2009. I was voted MVP all three years I competed at SPU primarily for accumulating 15 All-American titles including 4 National Champion honors. However, the award I take the most pride in is being voted Most Inspirational by my teammates in 1988. I began coaching and judging gymnastics in 1989 and was co-founder of FUNTASTICS in 1995. I am still actively involved in gymnastics as a
Level 10 judge.
I have really enjoyed transitioning into personal training. All of the aspects of my personal training and site manager roles are interesting and enjoyable to me. Working at EI, also allows me time to be involved with my two teenagers’, Tiana and Keegan.
I received my Masters degree in 1991 in Sports Psychology. It is wonderful to be able to use my education to help my clients achieve their goals.
