Working at the Exercise Institute in Liberty Lake is the most enjoyable career I could ever dream of having. When I first started my path of personal training I was introduced to Zero Momentum Strength training and I quickly realized this is the one and only way to quality health. Working with clients that have a variety of goals (as well as a vast array of illnesses), and seeing their amazing results along with quality of life enhancement has been more than rewarding.
I am blessed to have a 9 yr old son, Payton, who is my pride and joy. I help coach his sports teams and sit smiling through his desire to act in school plays and dramas. I was born into a very large family of athletes and grew up being a competitive gymnast and cheerleader and am now competing in volleyball, softball and soccer. I cheered at NIC and then extended my education in Vancouver, WA at Clark College. Nutrition is a passion of mine and I plan on continuing my education and become a certified dietitian.
